Winter 2022 Book Discussion Series-"A Hard Case of Crime: Pulp Fiction by Popular Authors."

We'll be discussing the Michael Crichton (writing as John Lange) novel Easy Go.

Before he made a name for himself, Crichton published 8 novels between 1966 and 1972 under the name “John Lange” to help support his way through Harvard Medical School. Easy Go, Crichton’s 3rd pseudonymous novel, follows an archaeology professor’s search for the lost tomb of a Pharaoh once he discovers clues to its location in ancient hieroglyphics. With a team of thieves and smugglers he plans to find and plunder the burial site. But even if they find the treasure, can they escape with it . . . and with their lives?
